Information Collection and Use

The user provided information collected is as follows:

  • Name, company name, VAT number
  • Username and password
  • Billing and shipping address
  • Phone number and e-mail
  • Product ordered, notes and license keys
  • Messages you send to us and we send to you
  • Newsletter preference (opt-in)
  • Your IP address
  • Your Windows computer name and Windows User SID (only during license validation)

All of your information provided to us is for the express purpose of

  • Processing your orders
  • Validation of your licenses
  • Responding to help and support requests
  • Providing and improving the site and applications
  • Sending newsletters but only when you explicitly opt in
  • Financial book keeping as required by law

Registration with us is mandatory in order to be able to use the basic features of the Application. We may also use the information you provided us to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information and required notices.

The applications does not collect precise information about the location of your device.

Usage data

When using our applications, we also collect information with the express purpose of improving the application and providing support.

Usage data is anonymous.

Information collected is as follows:

  • Client id which is a anonymous random number assigned to your application client
  • Operations you perform (such as Start application or Load project) and the date and time they are performed
  • Performance of operations, that is, the time operations take and memory, cpu and network usage.
  • Key numbers: such as number of tables and number of files in a project
  • Version: of our application, the SQL server you connect to and your operating system
  • Network: your IP address
  • Error reports: when an error occurs, we record an error reference number, the messages, stack traces and information in exceptions returned by your operating system

Please note that if you request help and provide us with an error reference number, we can retrieve the error report and related usage data above originating from your client over time. We only work with usage data in the relation to you, during the time of resolving your help request, not after.

Information transfer

Any information provided to us will not be shared with any other company or 3rd Party except our trusted providers for the purpose of:

  • Mail delivery – e-mail messages sent and received by you is shared with e-mail delivery servers
  • Newsletters – your e-mail address is only shared when you explicitly opt-in
  • Anonymous usage data for analytics
  • Payment information you provide directly to payment processor
  • Financial book keeping as required by law

We may disclose user provided and automatically collected information:

  • as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;

You can stop all collection of information by the application easily by uninstalling our applications. You may use the standard uninstall processes as available as part of your device or via the application marketplace or network. You can also request to opt-out via email, at

Data Retention Policy, Managing your information

We will retain user provided data for as long as you use the application and site and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain automatically collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If you’d like us to delete user provided data that you have provided via the application, please contact us at and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the user provided data may be required in order for the applications and sites to function properly.


We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
